- personal identification;
- articles of incorporation or partnership agreement (if applicable);
- shareholder registry and identification; and
- borrowing by-laws (if applicable).
Other Lending Documentation
To get a sense of your loan repayment capacity, as part of the application process you’ll need to provide:
- Income Tax or Financial Statements (3 years);
- Statement of Assets;
- Statement of Liabilities;
- Projected Operating Statement;
- Livestock Projected Operating Statement and
- Report of any off-farm income.
